Let Me Ride or Let Me Lift

Lets Ride on through this, you can rest when your dead lol. This is my pop’s favorite Crossfit WOD he modified for my brother and I while we are out of town or on vacation in SC.

  • 1 mile warm up JOG
  • 5×400 meter runs

 AMRAP

  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 5 Eccentric Pull Ups
  • 30 Push Ups with feet on  Box
  • 25 Jump Squats or Overhead Squat at 135/ 95

Wash and repeat up to 5 times no more than 5 no less than 2.
