Lets Ride on through this, you can rest when your dead lol. This is my pop’s favorite Crossfit WOD he modified for my brother and I while we are out of town or on vacation in SC.
- 1 mile warm up JOG
- 5×400 meter runs
- 25 Pull Ups
- 5 Eccentric Pull Ups
- 30 Push Ups with feet on Box
- 25 Jump Squats or Overhead Squat at 135/ 95
Wash and repeat up to 5 times no more than 5 no less than 2.
