I just can’t get enough I just love a EMOM, maybe its the weights and the slow burn I get. Whatever it is I love it and programming for it is pretty simple for me sine I’ve done a ton of them. Hope you enjoy it after your done I know most will hate me while there doing the movements lol.

Warm Up

  • 25 Dips
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Strict Pull Ups

*Repeat 3 Times

Rest 5 minutes

  • 10 Min EMOM
  • 10 Front Squats 75% of Max
  • 10 Push Press  60% of Max
  • After 10 Min
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 40 Box Jumps
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 50 Box Jumps
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 20 Box Jumps

*Use whatever box you feel comfortable with, I don’t want anyone getting hurt.

Remember this is slow burner, don’t just explode explode and explode some more be controlled in the movements and the pacing your racing your body not the clock or anyone else for that matter. The clock is just there to tell you when to switch or move on to the next thing not for you to necessarily chase after a certain amount of reps in the allotted time, yeah screw that for right now this is not a competition.
