Odd Minutes – 4 Power Snatch

Even Minutes – Push Ups and Sit Ups

MIN 11-20

Odd- 2 Power Snatch + 2 OHS

Even – Push Ups and Sit Ups

MIN 21-30

Odd – 3 Squat Snatch

Even –  Push Ups and alternate to Sit Ups

-Hope You Fell Open and Empty after this take a second to just Relax and Breath
