Complete one pull-up on the minute, increasing each additional minute until failure. Do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, so on.

“Nancy” 5 rounds

AQAP: 400m Run

15 OH Squat (M=95lb/W=65lb)

5-15min Rest

10 minutes of: 10 HSPU 10 Box Jump (32″)
