Work to MAX weight 5-15min Rest 4 rounds of: 45sec AMAP Power Clean (M=185lb/W=130lb)

30sec Rest 45sec AMAP Weighted Pull-up (M=45lb/W=30lb)

30sec Rest 45sec AMAP Burpee 30sec Rest
