  • 1 Rep Hang Clean or 5 Rep Dumbbell Clean
  • Rest 1 Min
  • 10 Min to establish
  • 3 Rep Overhead Squat

6 Minute Rest

3 Rounds

  • 15 Thrusters 135/95 or 15 Dumbbell Thruster
  • 15 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
  • 15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups or 20 Strict Pull Ups
