Push Yourself Here, don’t conserve your energy you have to push past the limits to break through to a new level. Get loose out there 100 Miles and Runnin lol.

  • 1 x 1000m at mod pace
  • 2 min rest
  • 3 x 400m (300m sprint + 50m jog + 50m slowed pace)
  • 90 sec rest
  • 3 x 400m (250m sprint + 100m jog + 50 slowed pace)
  • 90 sec rest
  • 3 x 400m (200m sprint + 100m Jog + 100m easy pace)
  • 90 sec rest
  • 3 x 400m (150m sprint + 250m easy pace)
  • 90 sec rest
  • 1 x 1000m at mod pace
  • Total:  6800m

Break for no more than 10 Minutes

  • 3 Rounds for Total Reps
  • 1 Min Bench Press or Dumbell Press 155/105
  • 1 MIn KB Swing 2/1.5
  • 1 Min Toes to Bar or 1 Min of Pull Ups
  • 1 Min Burpees
  • 1 Min Rest
