Its not just a SummerThing but damn its fun in the summer.

Just because its August doesn’t mean you don’t need to train, train hard year around so your never training for a specif season.

Front Squat 7 x 3

65% Max Warm Up

Dumbbell Press or Bench Press

( This is continuous no breaking, the rest is the hold period)

Use 75% of your Dumbbell max or 70% of your bench Press Max

  • 4  Press
  • 30 Second Hold at the top
  • 5  Press
  • 30 Second hold at the top
  • 4  Press
  • 30 Second hold at the top
  • Drop.
  • Rest about 2-3 Min

*Go up to 60% and repeat

*Then go up to 80% and repeat.

  • Run 200 Meters
  • 12 Presses
  • 30 Rows

*Repeat as many times as you want lol
