What we Absorb?

Knee

  1. Start with lifting the knee like your stretching out by pulling that high knee into your chest.
  2. Then move to doing high knees and at the peak holding your knee thrust it out in front of you, like its a spear.
  3. While holding your knee press up onto the ball of your foot that’s planted on the ground.
  4. Now move to having a high guard and then extend both arms the lead should mimic holding your opponents heads.
  5. Then lift your knee while pushing off the planted foot and drive the knee through the target with your foot pointing down.
  6. This would be a Straight Knee or the basic knee Folks and Family.
