The Cross is the straight punch from the rear.
- Pivot of the back foot is key.
- It all starts from your rear foot
- Push off back foot 3. Rotate from your hips
- Twist your back foot forward like your throwing something through a wall
- Extend that rear arm
- Shoulder up protecting the chin (so you don’t get KO’d yourself)
- Rotate your thumb down creating a snap at the end of that cross
- Pull punch back to a high guard.
